A big HELLO to all you awesome members, both new and old,
I have more exciting news and it might be of interest to some of you. Our group has now been running from Monday 7th April 2025 and we are thrilled at the interest already shown. The team members and admin are authors Lorraine Carey, Dawn Treacher, Jane Murray and myself. Each week we share our own blog posts on Mondays and Fridays.
Every Wednesday and Sunday are our Guest Author days and we would love to invite other fellow writers to contribute to our blog. You can do this by sharing your author bio and an extract from one of your books or if you would rather, you can contribute a poem, a short piece of writing such as flash fiction or a short story of any genre. Please supply us with any images you may wish to use. All we ask in return is that you share the blog post across your social media, such as FB, X , Instagram and Bluesky for three consecutive days.
July, August, September and October are full but we have a good part of November left and December onwards. We look forward to hearing from you. Please comment with your name where you see this post to register your interest and we will get back to you.
Enjoy your day folks!
Much love,
Eva xx
Yes, please I would love to be a guest author on your blog. I saw this link shared in a FB author group.
Would love to be involved in your blog

Dear Eva
I am interested in joining your Blog as a Guest Author. I have only written and published one book, "Welcome Home Fish Or No Fish," which is my Memoir of my 50 years working at sea on board Trawlers and Oceanographic Research Vessels.
After I retired as a Sea Captain I spent some time working at the Grimsby Fishing Heritage Centre where one of the Management Team, David Ornsby was always telling us older Seaman to get our stories down on paper before they were lost forever. This is what inspired me to put pen to paper and I am so pleased I did as it has reconnected me with Family and Friends world wide whom I had…
