Following the recent release of my fourth book - a collection of my short stories and flash fiction - 'A Little More Of Me...' it has prompted me to share a little more about myself and what makes me 'tick' or 'not tick' as the case may be....

DISLIKES:

Politics and Politicians
The Pharmaceutical Industry
Queues
Being late
Obnoxious people
Being cold
Wind (as in the weather, NOT flatulence)
People who are cruel to animals and children
Bullies
Pain of any description
Wasps, mosquitos, sandflies, horseflies (I get bad reactions from stings and bites)
Housework
Cancer

LOVES:

My son and daughter, 6 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter
My three cats, Harry, Doris and Ginny.
Food, especially desserts
Books and reading
My car (Mercedes SLK200) even though she is getting quite old
My garden
Foreign travel
All cats
Cheetahs, Hedgehogs, Squirrels, Owls, Foxes, Butterflies
Chocolate
Gin and Tonic (though due to medication, I rarely touch it these days)
My grand dawgs and cats (daughter's 1 dawg and 2 cats, son's 2 dawgs and 1 cat)
Music (most genres but not Country and Western or opera)
Swimming with my granddaughters
Being a Harry Potter geek
