She was born in a forest full of green.

Under the blue sky, a beautiful baby is seen.

What a beautiful baby! She is a little girl.

Her skin is soft white, the color of a pearl.

Whose baby girl can this be?

Does anyone know, other than me?

They say her mother is the Forest Queen.

She is the queen of the forest, full of green.

The birds and the squirrels gather all around.

A beautiful baby princess has been found.

The talk of the forest is the baby’s face.

They say her name is, Ellie Grace.

What a beautiful face, eyes of sky blue.

Where is her mother?

What should we do?

The birds are flying high in the sky.

They are chirping at the animals as they are passing by.

They chirp the words and begin to shout.

The animals answer, “What’s this all about?”

The birds reply as they circle the sky.

“Meet us in the forest, where the trees grow high.”

So goes the bear, the deer, and the raccoon.

The other forest animals will be here soon.

They are praying gathered under the trees,

To discuss the queen, and where she might be.

Off went the bear, the deer, and the raccoon.

They will search for the queen, by the light of the moon.

The search for the queen began that night.

Tonight is the night, the moon shines bright!
